LRC dressage competitions are friendly, encouraging and designed for anyone who wants to have a go. The competitions are judged by qualified judges on good quality arenas – one indoors and one outside. We welcome at any standard – whether you’re new to dressage, introducing a young horse to competitions or getting back into competing.
No need for formal attire apart from safety standard hats, boots and gloves. Tack should comply with BD rules and no brushing or overreach boots.
We run restricted and open sections in all our classes above Intro. Please enter as an Open rider if the horse and rider combination are competing at that level affiliated (BE / BD) or if you have won more than three times at this level during the same LRC dressage series (March-Nov).
Entries to be made via MyRidingLife. Please specify any time requests on your entry form and we will do our best to accommodate these, but it’s not always possible. Times cannot be swapped or changed after they have been published.
On arrival at Four Elms, please wait to be parked. If we have a lot of entries you may not be able to tie up your horse outside your lorry. Please clear up any droppings or loose hay before you leave.
Do offer a helping hand if you have any spare time – it’s always much appreciated.
